Terms of Service

Shipping:
Within the United States, Atrium Anna website provides expedited free shipping using 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail for all orders, with an additional  $3.95 handling fee for each item. Multiple items can be added to one order and shipped together. The final cost (purchase price plus handling) is calculated at check-out.

We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment in full on regular business days (Monday through Friday). Tracking information will be included in the invoice we send to you after the purchase is completed.

For store pick-up, please wait for notification before picking up your item from our store. We will provide you a pick up ID number and confirm the time with you in the order confirmation email.

Returns:
We understand that things sometimes do not work out. Therefore, we accept return and refund requests for any reason within two weeks of delivery. Item needs to be shipped back by the buyer in its original condition to P.O. Box 984, Oregon House, CA 95962.

Upon agreement, we send you a refund equal to the amount which was paid at check-out.

We do not take responsibility for delivery mistakes made by carrier services such as delays, loss, damage, etc. However, please feel free to contact us with any questions or issues related to postage fee clarifications or related insurance. We will be happy to work it out with you!
